Every Milltek system is designed, developed and hand-finished in the UK by time-served craftsmen, each one produced in aerospace grade type 304, non-magnetic stainless steel.

Notably, Milltek has added a BLM LT-3 HI-FLEX five-axis twin robot laser, BLM LC5 combo tube and sheet laser machine and a BLM ELECT 102 CNC multi-stack tube 4/102mm capacity bender, which work together to streamline production and provide an even superior level of finish to every Milltek Sport system.

The five-axis robotic laser produces parts in a radically different way to previous and delivers cuts that would not have been possible with hand processes. The laser cutting also enables advanced processing of raw materials, optimising efficiency and reducing scrap and waste.

All of Milltek exhaust systems are produced from highly durable T304L stainless steel, with all accredited to ISO9001:2015 standard. Milltek Sport offers one of the widest ranges of EC Approved performance exhaust systems on the market, all tested and approved by TUV in Germany.

This superior material is less susceptible to discolouration, lasts almost indefinitely and is used throughout the entire construction of our pipework, silencers and associated hardware.

Mandrel bending ensures constant radius bends for optimised air flow, and bore diameters are carefully enlarged over stock to ensure ultimate performance without the loss of mid-range torque.

All of the Milltek exhaust systems endure a comprehensive acoustic development process to deliver a tone that is sporty and crisp, without ever inducing NVH, drone or cabin resonance.
