Volkswagen Golf (2004-2013) MK5/6 TDi Air Intake Kit

This induction air intake kit is designed for selected Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda Mk5 / Mk6 platform TDI vehicles.

The kit replaces the factory airbox and connects to the factory MAF sensor, helping improve intake flow and throttle response while retaining a clean engine bay layout. It includes a high-flow ProRam air filter, silicone intake hose, alloy intake pipe and required clamps/hardware for installation.

Please Note:
Please check your MAF sensor size on the airbox side before ordering. As a general guide, 1.9 TDI and 1.6 TDI models commonly use a 70mm MAF, while many 2.0 TDI models use an 80mm MAF.

This kit is not suitable for vehicles fitted with the airflow straightener as part of the emissions update unless the vehicle has been tuned or flashed with compatible pre-update software.

Vehicles with the battery fitted in the boot may require additional or custom parts to correctly bracket the filter.

Black silicone hoses are usually the most readily available. Other colours may require additional lead time.
