🔁 Core Exchange

If your OEM turbos are still on the vehicle and can’t be sent ahead of time, a core deposit will be required.

  • Your deposit is refundable once your undamaged OEM turbos are received and inspected by Pure Turbos.

  • Euroflow manages the return logistics to the USA.

  • You must return the cores to Euroflow in Perth within 30 days of receiving your upgraded turbos to avoid a 17.5% deduction in your refund.

  • Use all original packaging from the new units to avoid damage.

  • Return all parts exactly as received, including wastegate actuators and fittings.


🔧 Installing Your Turbo

  1. Verify engine condition is within OEM specification.

  2. Change oil, oil filter, and air filter.

  3. Replace oil feed line (petrol/race fuel) or clean it (diesel).

  4. Avoid thread sealers or silicone on oil lines.

  5. Inspect oil return system for restrictions (kinks, sharp bends, deteriorated rubber).

  6. Flush oil passages in new or remanufactured engines/heads.

  7. Clean or replace the intercooler or aftercooler as needed.

  8. Check and clear all intake/exhaust restrictions.

  9. Remove foreign objects from intake air path and secure hoses.

  10. Replace crankcase breather elements.

  11. Verify actuator “C” clip and oil drain orientation.

  12. Ensure all clamps and bolts are tight.

  13. Remove tools from engine bay before starting.

  14. Disable ignition or fuel to crank engine and establish oil pressure.

  15. Once oil pressure is present, start engine.

  16. Repeat oil priming procedure after each oil change
