🔁 Core Exchange

If your turbos are still installed and can’t be sent in advance, a refundable core deposit is required. This deposit is refunded after Pure Turbos receives and inspects your OEM undamaged turbos.

  • Euroflow coordinates the return of your original turbos to Pure Turbos USA.

  • The cores must be returned to Euroflow in Perth within 30 days of receiving the upgraded units, or a 17.5% deduction will apply to your refund.

  • Use the original packaging and shipping boxes to protect the return shipment.

  • Please return everything exactly as received, including wastegates or attached components.


🔧 Installing Your Turbo

  1. Confirm engine operation meets manufacturer’s specifications.

  2. Replace engine oil, oil filter, and air filter.

  3. Replace oil supply line (for petrol/race fuel) or clean it (for diesel).

  4. Do not use silicone or thread sealant on oil fittings.

  5. Check oil return path for any obstructions—kinks, collapsed lines, or sharp bends.

  6. Flush all oil passages if the engine or head is new or recently rebuilt.

  7. Clean the intercooler thoroughly.

  8. Remove intake and exhaust restrictions; check for foreign objects.

  9. Replace crankcase breather elements and confirm tightness of all hoses.

  10. Verify actuator “C” clip is secured and oil drain path is vertical.

  11. Tighten all clamps and bolts, including locking tabs.

  12. Remove all tools before starting the engine.

  13. Disable fuel or ignition system to crank engine until oil pressure is established.

  14. Once oil pressure is verified, proceed to start the engine.

  15. Repeat oil priming procedure after all future oil changes
