🔁 Core Exchange
If your turbos are still on the car and cannot be sent in advance, a refundable core deposit can be paid. This will be returned once Pure Turbos receives and inspects your standard, undamaged OEM turbos.

Euroflow will manage the return of your turbos back to Pure Turbos USA.

Cores must be returned to Euroflow in Perth within 30 days of receiving your new units, or a 17.5% reduction will be applied to your refund.

Please reuse the original packaging and boxes to avoid transit damage.

Return exactly what was received, including wastegates and hardware.
🔧 Installing Your Turbo

Confirm the engine meets manufacturer’s operational specifications.

Replace engine oil, oil filter, and air filter.
-
Replace the oil feed line (petrol/race fuel) or clean it (diesel).
-
Do not use silicone thread sealers on oil lines.
-
Check oil drains for restrictions like kinks, collapsed hoses, or sharp bends.
-
Flush oil passages on new or remanufactured engines and cylinder heads.
-
Clean the intercooler or aftercooler thoroughly.
-
Check for intake and exhaust flow restrictions; remove any obstructions.
-
Replace crankcase breather elements and ensure a clean intake tract.
-
Confirm actuator “C” clip is installed and oil drain orientation is vertical.
-
Tighten all clamps and bolts; secure any lock tabs if applicable.
-
Remove all tools from the engine bay before starting.
-
Disable the ignition or fuel system and crank the engine to build oil pressure.
-
Once oil pressure is confirmed, start the engine.
-
Repeat the oil priming process after every oil change
