
Exclusively designed for the 992 911 GT3 RS, this premium exhaust system is made from high-quality titanium and coated to ensure long-lasting durability. The innovative design includes two tailpipes, with one outer shell coating and six imprints on the inner sleeve to match the engine's six cylinders. It also boasts an engraved Akrapovič logo for a visually stunning effect. The exhaust valves and collectors are created in Akrapovič's own foundry, perfectly tailored to optimize gas flow and create a smooth, rich tone at lower speeds and a more aggressive sound at higher revs. When combined with the Slip-On Race Line Adapter (SS), this system reduces weight by 20.7% (3.5 kg) compared to the standard model and increases power by 10.4 kW (14.1 hp) at 2,600 rpm, with a torque increase of 38.1 Nm at 2,600 rpm, as proven on the Akrapovic
This system fits also on vehicles equipped with Otto particulate filter (OPF).
If fitted with the stock headers in place, the system requires the P-CP034 Slip-On Race Line Adapter (SS) as a mandatory part for installation.
For clients intending to install the complete exhaust system, the E-PO/T/9 Evolution Header Set (Titanium) must be ordered separately.
Please notice that you may need to order new original Porsche V-clamps that fix the link pipes onto the headers, in case they are damaged during the removal of the stock exhaust.

The Evolution Header Set (Titanium) was rigorously tested and developed in collaboration with the Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) system. Crafted from top-quality titanium and treated with a sandblasting and coating process, this product is exceptionally durable. Its unique routing has been meticulously engineered to optimize gas flow, featuring special manifold crossover pipes cast in Akrapovič's own titanium foundry. This groundbreaking design is a direct result of our expertise in creating exhaust systems for race cars, marking the first time it has been integrated into an Akrapovič aftermarket car exhaust. Purposefully designed to enhance the midrange performance of the Slip-On Race Line (Titanium), this engineering marvel is made up of multiple titanium components, resulting in a remarkable 28% weight reduction of 3.8 kg compared to the stock equivalent.
Tuned quarter-length resonators in addition to the catalytic converters ensure the sound quality and the absence of any distortion or unwanted frequencies, creating a unique sound experience. The combination of an Akrapovič Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) and Evolution Header Set (Titanium), developed for use on closed-course competition circuits only, provides increases of 16.6 kW (22.6 hp) in power at 4,550 rpm and 35.2 Nm in torque at 4,500 rpm, when tested on the Akrapovič dyno against a Porsche 911 GT3 (992) with a standard stock exhaust.
When installing the Akrapovič Evolution Header Set (Titanium) on vehicles with particulate filters, remapping the ECU is mandatory to prevent potential “check engine light” warning signals. When installing the Akrapovič Evolution Header Set (Titanium) on vehicles without particulate filters, remapping the ECU is recommended.
