DR® Series 6 - 40 mm track widening DR Series spacers fit between the wheel and hub, and require longer wheel bolts (ordered separately). Please verify bolt specifics before ordering (taper or round bolt head and shaft length).

How To Measure

1. Tools Required To properly measure your wheel gap you will need a few simple tools: Measuring device with millimeter units Straight edge--Yard stick or similar 2. Check Your Gap® Place a straight edge flush with the face of the wheel and tire combination. Make sure the straight edge touches the tire in two spots to keep the straight edge even with the tire. Use the measuring device to measure from the inside of the straight edge to the inner fender lip. (see diagram) Make sure that the measurement is taken at the point where the wheel and tire is closest to the fender. For instance, on a car with a large amount of negative camber the tire and wheel may be closest at the front or rear edge of the fender.

FAQ

1. What size TRAK+® Wheel Spacer can I install on my vehicle?

You need to Check Your Gap®. View the How to Measure Tab for your answer. The gap between the sidewall of your tire to the inside lip of your outer fender will need to be measured.

2. Will installing TRAK+® Wheel Spacers wear out my wheel bearings faster than normal?

No. TRAK+® Wheel Spacers will not cause premature wear of your wheel bearings. Inspect your bearings to make sure they are in good working condition before installing TRAK+® Wheel Spacers.

3. Can I test fit TRAK+® and exchange them if needed?

Once spacers have been installed, H&R can no longer accept them for return. To ensure you get the correct spacer the first time, view How To Buy.

4. Can I run different size wheel spacers in the front and rear?

Yes. Different size wheel spacers in the front and rear are very common. Often times the front and rear have different requirements for optimal fitment.

5. Will TRAK+® Wheel Spacers stop my tires from rubbing the fender lip?

No. If your tire is rubbing your vehicle's fender lip it is possible that you have a tire or wheel fitment issue.

6. Is wheel alignment necessary with TRAK+® Wheel Spacers?

Wheel alignment is not necessary after installing TRAK+® Wheel Spacers.

7. Can I buy TRAK+® Wheel Spacers directly from H&R?

No. H&R does not sell retail. This is why we at EuroFlow are here to help!

8. Are there any special TRAK+® Wheel Spacer requirments?

Yes. Please make sure and read all the notes for TRAK+® applications. Some 8, 10, and 12mm TRAK+® are indicated with Note 18 which specifies hub height information and inner wheel bevel information. If applicable, please make sure that the vehicle adheres to the Note 18 TRAK+® Guidelines.

How to Install

DR Installation Tips

1. Remove wheel bolts and wheel.

2. Place TRAK+® Spacer on hub of car (where the wheel was attached) making sure that the spacer is fully seated and flush with the hub.

3. Place wheel onto the spacer and carefully line up the wheel / spacer bolt holes and mounting hole.

4. Insert new longer H&R wheel bolts. Carefully hand turn bolts making sure that they spin in easily so as to not cross-thread.

5. Repeat step 4 with the remaining bolts.

6. With hand wrench, snug up the bolts in a star pattern.

7. Before fully tightening, spin the wheel and tire to check for any noise or interference.

8. Tighten the wheel bolts in a star pattern with a torque wrench set to wheel manufacturers specifications.
