Introduction

The recently released Toyota GR Yaris has garnered high acclaim from automotive journalists worldwide. However, the sound generated by its 1.6 3cyl engine has sparked debate. The car now features an OPF and two catalytic converters to comply with the latest WLTP regulations. Combined with its narrow pipes and bulky rear silencer, the factory exhaust produces a nearly silent and unremarkable tone.

With our range of Inconel and Titanium exhaust products we have not only significantly improved flow but also drastically improved the sound and reduced weight significantly.

Direct Replacement / Modular Fitment

The JCR Titanium Rear Section is 100% direct replacement for the factory GR Yaris rear exhaust system. A simple swap takes roughly twenty minutes start to finish.

Due to the construction and material choice we were able to achieve all of our performance goals plus reduce the weight of the exhaust by 5.94kg vs the OEM rear system - This truly is a win-win modification.

Every component of the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is guaranteed to improve HP & TQ with to a varying degree dependant on the specific combination of parts.

Silenced

This version of our GR Yaris Titanium Rear Section is Silenced with two bespoke titanium silencers situated in the rear of the exhaust to reduce dB levels vs our Non Silenced design between 6-7dB at wide open throttle.
