Core Exchange Policy

If your original turbochargers are still on the car and cannot be removed prior to ordering, a refundable deposit can be provided. The deposit is refunded once your standard undamaged turbos are received and inspected by Pure Turbos.

Ship-back is managed through Euroflow in Perth. The original cores must be returned within 30 days of receiving your Pure900 turbos or a 17.5% deduction will apply to the refund.

Please reuse the packaging supplied with the new turbos, and return all components exactly as received — including wastegate hardware and other accessories — to avoid damage and ensure full refund eligibility.

Turbo Installation Guidelines (Important — Read Before Installation)

Before installation:

• Ensure the engine operates within manufacturer specifications.

• Replace engine oil, oil filter, and air filter.

• Replace oil supply line for petrol or race-fuel applications; clean oil line for diesel.

• Do not use silicone or thread sealer on any oil line.

• Inspect the oil drain line for kinks, sharp bends, or restrictions; ensure vertical orientation.

• On fresh or remanufactured engines/heads — flush all oil passages.

• Clean and inspect the intercooler or aftercooler; remove any debris or contaminants.

• Check intake and exhaust systems (including catalytic converter) for flow restrictions.

• Remove foreign objects from the intake air tract; secure all hoses and clamps.

• Confirm the actuator “C”-clip is properly installed.

• Before starting the engine, ensure all tools are removed from the engine bay.

First start procedure:

• Disable fuel or ignition, then crank engine until normal oil pressure is achieved.

• Once stable oil pressure is reached, start the engine.

• Repeat the procedure after each future oil change.
