Core Exchange Policy

If your OEM turbos remain installed at the time of purchase, you may pay a refundable deposit. Once Pure Turbos receives and inspects your undamaged original turbochargers, the deposit is refunded.

Return of core units is managed via Euroflow in Perth. Cores must be received within 30 days of delivery, or a 17.5% deduction will apply.

Please reuse the original packaging provided with your new Pure1000 turbos, and return all components exactly as originally supplied — including wastegate hardware — to avoid damage and ensure full refund eligibility.

Turbo Installation Guidelines (Important)

Before installation:

• Verify the engine operates within manufacturer specifications.

• Replace engine oil, oil filter, and air filter.

• Replace oil supply line on petrol or race-fuel applications; clean on diesel.

• Do not use silicone or thread sealant on oil lines.

• Inspect oil drain for kinks, sharp bends, or restrictions. Ensure vertical drain orientation.

• Flush all oil passages on fresh or remanufactured engines/heads.

• Clean and inspect intercooler/aftercooler; remove any debris.

• Check intake and exhaust paths (including catalytic converter) for flow restrictions.

• Remove foreign objects from intake tract; secure all hoses/clamps.

• Verify actuator “C”-clip installation.

• Before first start, remove all tools from engine bay.

First start procedure:

• Disable fuel or ignition. Crank the engine until stable oil pressure.

• Once oil pressure is normal, start engine.

• Repeat this procedure after every oil change.
