If your turbos are still on the car and you cannot remove them and send them to us prior, you can pay a deposit which will be returned to you once Pure Turbos have received and inspected your standard undamaged turbos.

Euroflow will manage the return of the turbos back to Pure Turbos in the US. We must receive the cores back to Euroflow in Perth within 30 days of receiving the item or there will be a 17.5% reduction in your refund.

To avoid any potential damage in transit, please use the packaging and boxes that you received. It will be handy to keep all packaging from the new turbos. Please note exactly how you received your new Pure Turbo, including wastegate, etc. and return exactly what we have sent you.
