What makes our Carbon Fiber Special?
Early Beginnings
Production
The production of our pre-pregged dry carbon fiber products is what makes them special. All of our parts are designed using 3D scanning data and produced within a CNC metal mould to ensure that the final product is perfect.
Our dry carbon products then go through an intricate manufacturing process that involves the carbon cloth being pre-applied with epoxy resin. This pre-impregnated carbon is then placed in an autoclave where it is cured under high pressure and heat, which fixes any irregularities and further strengthens the material. This process allows the final dry carbon to be much thinner yet more durable.
