S63TU4 Billet Coolant Reservoir

Utilizing our in-house design and machining, this billet reservoir is the perfect solution for the commonly failing stock plastic reservoir. Constructed from 6061 billet aluminum, our all metal construction guarantees a leak-free product that will last a lifetime. Retain the OEM design with our stock cap and pressure bleed off feature. Our reservoir utilizes all OEM connecting points and quick connect fittings for a seamless plug and play installation. With the stock sensor included, you can trust accurate level readings without any issues.

Why?

The OEM plastic reservoir is known to leak causing damage of the injectors and coils. This leads to vehicle downtime and potential engine damage. Simply replacing the OEM reservoir with another one is an unknown with how long it may last.

Features:

  1. 6061 billet CNC construction
  2. OEM factory cap retained
  3. OEM connections utilized like stock
  4. OEM sensor utilized for level reading
  5. O-ring housing for OEM O-Ring off Stock Reservoir
  6. Internal baffling to dampen fluid transfer throughout the reservoir

Models Supported

– 2018+ | M5 | F90
– 2019+ | M8 Coupe, Convertible, & Gran Coupe | F91, F92, F93

Notes

  • The customer will have to re-use the stock coolant sensor probe, which pulls out of the OEM reservoir. In certain cases, it does not slide out smoothly and you may need to trim around the sensor to remove it. We currently don’t sell the o-ring, you’ll need to measure it and source a replacement local if needed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
